History
Nafferton Mill was built in 1829 as a brick tower corn mill on Bridlington Road. The surviving tower has three storeys and small square symmetrical windows. It worked as a wind-powered corn mill before its working life ended.
The mill later survived as a disused tower. By 1991 it was being used as a farm store. The tower remained substantially intact and was listed at Grade II. The cap, sails and main working machinery are no longer part of the surviving structure. The site remains a former tower corn mill at Nafferton.
