Nurton Hill Mill stood at Pattingham in South Staffordshire as a tower corn mill. The mill was built, or at least in existence, by 1811. Its original machinery, sail arrangement, and full working specification have not been established in the available published material, but its type and function are clear: it was a tower mill used for corn milling.

By the 1880s it had ceased working. The former mill was subsequently absorbed into domestic use, with conversion as part of Mill House recorded in 1917. The surviving structure was later remodelled and extended during the twentieth century.

The listed building description identifies the former windmill as a circular-plan, three-storey structure forming the left-hand part of The Mill House, with a lower two-storey extension to the right.
