Broad Oak Mill was a post mill at Broad Oak near Heathfield. It stood within the village beside the main road from Heathfield towards Burwash, south-west of a crossroads. Robert Haffenden junior was owner and occupier in the 1840s.
The mill was photographed in working order before its destruction and was burnt down on 11 March 1890.

History
Broad Oak Mill stood within the village of Broad Oak near Heathfield, beside the main road from Heathfield towards Burwash and south-west of a crossroads. It was a post mill used for wind-powered corn milling. Robert Haffenden junior was owner and occupier in 1842 and was still associated with the mill in 1845.
The mill remained part of the local milling landscape in the later nineteenth century and was photographed in working order before its loss. It was destroyed by fire on 11 March 1890. No standing mill structure survives at the site.
