Cissbury Mill, also known as Ballard's Mill, Offington Mill, and Broadwater Mill, was a post mill north of Worthing. It stood in the Cissbury and Offington area and was associated with wind-powered corn milling. The mill was first mentioned in the late eighteenth century and remained standing into the early twentieth century.
It was demolished around 1914.

History
Cissbury Mill stood north of Worthing, in the Cissbury and Offington area. It was a post mill and was also known as Ballard's Mill, Offington Mill, and Broadwater Mill. The mill was part of the group of windmills that served the Worthing district.
It was first mentioned in 1780 and continued as a recognised windmill site into the early twentieth century. The final working date has not been established. The mill was demolished around 1914, and no standing windmill structure survives at the site.
