Brompton Windmill is a former tower corn mill at Fullicar Lane, Brompton, near Northallerton. It was in corn-milling use in the nineteenth century and later survived as a stump. The ruined windmill was renovated and made habitable after 2004, and the former mill now survives as a private residence.
Details of its construction date, cap, sails and final working date remain uncertain.

History
Brompton Windmill was a tower corn mill at Fullicar Lane, Brompton. The mill was working as a corn mill in the nineteenth century, and the site later survived as a reduced tower. The building formed part of a former mill complex at Water End.
The windmill ceased working and became ruinous. It still stood as a stump before renovation. After 2004 the former mill was converted for residential use, and later sales material described a renovated former windmill with red-brick elevations. The original tower height, cap, sails, windshaft, millstones and final working date have not been established. The building now survives as a converted former tower corn mill at Brompton.
