A wind-powered corn tower mill was established at Ulleskelf Mires.

Ulleskelf Mill is a former wind-powered corn tower mill at Ulleskelf Mires, west of Church Fenton Lane. The tower had been converted to domestic use by the early twentieth century and later photographs show it as a house. A wind generator was present on top of the converted tower in the early 1940s.
The building survives as a converted former tower mill.

History
Ulleskelf Mill was a wind-powered corn tower mill at Ulleskelf Mires. Its construction date and final working date have not been established. By the early twentieth century the tower had already been adapted for domestic use.
In 1930 and 1942 it was a house-converted tower, and in 1942 a wind generator stood on top of it. Later material continues to identify the building as a converted tower mill. The former mill stands on the west side of Church Fenton Lane and survives as a house rather than as a working mill.
