Mill, Pymore Nursery stands at Pymoor, in the parish of Downham. Historic England records the official listed name as Mill, Pymore Nursery, while Windmill World identifies the site as Pymore Mill, Pymoor. The official list entry describes it as a mid nineteenth-century tower mill built of tarred gault brick.

It has four storeys, replacement windows and a replacement floor, and the tower curves outwards at the top floor. The same description records that the mill and outbuildings were formerly Pymore bakery, linking the surviving tower to a wider milling and baking group. Windmill World records the mill as a tower corn mill converted to residential use.

The Victoria County History for Downham records that at Pymore there was a fine tower windmill with sails still in position, confirming the former completeness of the windmill at an earlier stage. The statutory listing dates from 5 February 1952. The consulted sources do not provide the builder, first owner, millwright, millers, number or type of sails, windshaft, stones, gearing, date of sail loss or final working date.

The surviving evidence establishes a listed mid nineteenth-century tarred brick tower mill, later altered and converted, with historic links to Pymore bakery.
