History

Werrington Mill was a wind-powered tower corn mill at Werrington in the historic county of Cambridgeshire. The surviving tower stands at Mill House on Peterborough Road. Its working life was as a corn mill, but the detailed construction date and final milling date have not been established.

After milling ceased, the tower survived and was adapted into domestic use. Around 1993 a mock cap and mock fantail were fitted, restoring a windmill profile to the surviving tower. The structure remains part of a private dwelling and is still identifiable as the former Werrington tower mill.
