Cranley Green Mill was a wind-powered corn post mill at Eye. It stood at TM 160 726. The mill was established at Cranley Green in 1845 after Castle Mill at Eye was moved there.

It continued as a post mill until demolition in 1917.

History

Cranley Green Mill stood at Eye as a wind-powered corn post mill. The site is identified at TM 160 726. The mill originated from Castle Mill at Eye, which was moved to Cranley Green in 1845.

It then formed a distinct post-mill site at Cranley Green and remained part of the local milling landscape into the early twentieth century. The mill was demolished in 1917. No later working use has been established.
