Honington post mill was a wind-powered post mill in Suffolk. The site is associated with TL 912 738 and a post mill identified in 1837. The mill was demolished around 1895.

The roundhouse later survived in house-converted form and was still present in the twentieth century.

History

Honington post mill stood in Suffolk as a wind-powered post mill. The site is associated with TL 912 738, with a post mill identified in 1837. The mill was later demolished around 1895.

After the loss of the mill body, the roundhouse survived and was converted for domestic use. The converted roundhouse was present in 1936 and again in 1971. Details of the mill's machinery and final working arrangements remain uncertain.
