Blythburgh windmill was a smock mill at TM 453 749. It was recorded by 1824 and was later photographed as an octagonal smock mill without sails. The mill became derelict and was demolished in 1937.
No complete mill structure survives.

History
Blythburgh windmill stood at TM 453 749. It was a smock mill rather than a post mill, with an octagonal timber tower. The mill was recorded by 1824 and worked as part of the village's wind-milling history.
Later images show the mill without sails and in declining condition, with a pointed roof and associated outbuildings nearby. The mill was demolished in 1937. No surviving complete mill structure has been confirmed.
