Lower Dicker post mill was a wind-powered corn mill. Its upper mill body has been lost, but the roundhouse survived and has been converted to residential use. The site is now represented by the former roundhouse rather than by a complete working post mill.

History
Lower Dicker post mill stood as a wind-powered post corn mill. The post mill body has been removed, leaving the roundhouse as the principal surviving part of the former mill. The roundhouse was later converted to residential use.
The site therefore preserves the base of the mill but not the complete post mill structure. The construction date, final working date, and internal machinery details have not been established for this specific site.
